Slowly leaking at 31 weeks?

Had a trip to labor and delivery 2 days ago. I woke up to a leaking feeling and through the next few hours kept feeling a watery dipping feeling. My ob had me go straight to L&D. They said their qtip test for amniotic fluid had a slight blue spot to it, I'm 1.5 cm dilated and 25% effaced, but I was sent home on a antibiotic as a precaution and told to monitor my fluid leaking because most likely I wasn't laying long enough for the test to show a full positive for amniotic fluid. I'm Having A Hard Time Not stressing now being On day 3 Of A Slow Dripping Fluid Every Time I Stand Up Or Walk Around. Between being high risk and losing one of my twins at 13 weeks I'm surprised I wasn't put on bed rest since I'm only 31 weeks. Has anyone gone through a similar situation and continued to carry full term?
