I had symptoms 2 weeks after a got a positive and I had no idea I was pregnant except that my bf told me by boobs looked bigger.

I'm 16 weeks along and during my first trimester I was just hungry all the time, super tired, and occasional nausea. I never threw up and my boobs didn't hurt. The second trimester they've been a little more tender and my clothes are getting tighter. I've been lucky though, some people feel really sick. I used my extra tests once a week just to make sure I was still pregnant before I saw my doctor because I didn't really have any symptoms. Just remember everyones body is different!
