TMI .... help!! Miscarried...?

I started two days late and then this is the fourth day on my period i pull this out of me and i notice my usual blood clots but then i see more of a pink tint at the top like a fleshy color ... and some in the toliet but didn’t want to pick it up... I have PCOS and i havent been able to get pregnant and haven’t really been trying but not preventing... cld i have miscarried?

I had more in the toliet... as well and I’m freaking out because it doesn’t look like my usual blood clots...
