My IBS flares up really bad when I'm nervous, worried or stressed and I have anxiety so I'm pretty much always nervous, worried or stressed 😂😂
The main symptom I get is a ridiculous amount of farting, my stomach feels twisted or hurts a little but that's pretty much all I get for most of the time, i found out I have IBS in primary school so maybe 6 years old? Kind of just accept it now because it's all I'm used to can't remember a use without it, I used to drink peppermint tea and that would help it somewhat so you could try that
