Soft cup / Diva cup?

My fiancé and I have been ttc for just over a year now. We have been told about these soft cups but are unable to find them near us. The closest thing is a Diva cup which is a bit bigger.. has anyone had any success using these Diva cups? If so how did you go about it? Insert sperm, then cup? Sperm into cup? Before or after sex? 🙃

My wife and I used a diva cup. We inserted the sperm with a syringe first and then put the cup in, just thought it was easier then trying to keep it in the cup and get it in. We did it before bed and left the cup in all night then took it out in the morning. Took us two tries we’re now 37 weeks 😊 good luck on your baby journey

We used a diva cup. The donor did the deed in the cup and I inserted once he left. Had an orgasm and left it in for 12 hours over night

My wife and I have been ttc for the past year now as well. We started out using the soft cups when we did are inseminations each month. We used them for about 11 months and nothing happening. Frustration started to set in. The emotional roller coaster each month of feeling like Ok! this is the month it's going to happen and ending up with a negative each month is heart breaking. At times just wanting to give up even though knowing deep down in my hearts I didn't. So these last two months we decided to try something different. We purchased this at home inseminations kit called The Stork. What intrigued my wife and I about it, is it always you to bring the cervical cap that holds the semen right up to the cervix and cups it. For me just trying a new method somehow rejuvenated the whole process. Sometimes just trying a new way to doing something can bring life back into the all the emotions we feel when going through this process. I can't wait to try again this month. We are TTCing and we just started using the Softcups, after trying the Stork and finding it difficult. Softcups are much cheaper and easier to use!

wish.com has the soft cups/ menstrual cups on the site for 1-4 bucks a piece and they ship fairly fast without spending an arm and a leg at a store for a 42$ diva cup 😊 my wife and I will be using this method here soon to conceive
