pregnant now what

I just took a test and it came back positive. this app says I'm 5 weeks and 5 days. I had an ultrasound 1 week ago for pcos and there was no baby. I leave for an out of state trip in 4 days and will be gone 3 weeks. idk what medicine I should stop taking. I also cape and use kratom for pain. can I still use those? I'm kinda freaking out that I'm finally prego and now I'm just lost. this is a whole new world for me and my hubby.
