Birth wise you might be right ethnicity wise that’s probably not right but the only way you would know is to get a ancestry dna Test But I’m willing to bet half of the “ Black “ people in  America have African in their dna among other things. I know my family does 🤷🏾‍♀️ but according to the government it doesn’t matter 1 drop of “ black” blood and You’re African American 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ I’m willing to bet most people don’t really Now What race they truly are
