hot flashes sicknesss.....

so im young im 23. i been getting hot flashes every month for the last year or so.. It’s really bugging me and i don’t know why i’m getting them. maybe i get like twice a month... I noticed it comes like a week before my period is due .. Ummm how can i get rid of them?? is something wrong with me???? Im getting alittle scared .. I have no time to go to the doctors... Shoukd i just go???? Why am i getting hot flashes??? All over my body???? When it’s really bad, i drink tylenol to calm it down.. it’s kinda like a fever..please help me!!!!!!!! is something bad wrong with me???? or is it normal???? Im not on any medication nor birth control at alll......... ughhh i really hate hot flashes feelingssss
