When should I tell my husband I’m pregnant

My husband left for a training yesterday evening. He’s like 3 hours away. He’s there until Thursday night. My period was two days late so I tested after he left and it was positive!! We’ve been trying since July so I’m super excited and I think he will be to. Do I wait and tell him in person? He’s trying out for a position he really wants so I want his mind to be on that not the baby but maybe that will help motivate him? So do I tell him on the phone or wait till he gets home.
