My baby won't stop crying...

My 9 day old will only stop crying if I'm holding or feeding him. This started last night around 2 AM and hasn't stopped. I've barely slept at all, haven't showered, eaten, etc. I have no one at all who can come help that I trust to watch or hold him. His temp is higher than his usual but normal (99) and he doesn't seem to be hurting, but every time I lay him in his bassinet he starts screaming after about 5 minutes even if he's asleep when I lay him down. I'm in tears. I'm also worried that since he's had so little time on his back it'll cause SIDs. What can I do?
