Does this look like an umbilical cord?

At my ultrasound the technician pointed this out as being my sons no-no’s, at first I didn’t bat an eye and she pointed out what she thought to be all the areas. The testicles and such and now that I look at other ultrasounds on here it seems as though this isn’t right...there isn’t much definition between the “testicles” and his penis.

Does this maybe appear to be just an umbilical cord?

Also, I know he’s a boy for sure! Lol I just think that this is an odd looking penis compared to the other ultrasounds I’ve seen on here.
