so this morning at 4 am I feel like My af is about to come so I went to the toilet and sat down then AF decided to show up but only when I wiped it. I also feel gassy. Then I put on my pad and lay back on my bed, and feel this very severe cramps that’s making me awake and can’t go back to sleep. The pain is on the side and back but when I lay down in the side the cramps eases but then I lay on my back the cramp is severe. But before all this happens I am 4 days late and been feeling nausea and dizziness I went to go and see my doctor on Wednesday and ask what’s happening, he said that it’s too early to test but I still did it and it came back negative. After that I’m still having very severe cramps.

What could this be? Is it my af or something else. Can anyone please help me. This is making me cry😭😭😭
