drink a lot of water, eat nuts, seeds, whole grain bread, kiwis, berries, broccoli, beans, plums, lentils, peas, chickpeas, grapes, preground flaxseeds( you can add them to the smoothies, yogurts, salads..), oatmeal, oranges, green beans, spinach

Try eating a dozen prunes a day. Make sure you’re drinking enough water. Switch from your regular prenatal vitamin to a gummy vitamin to avoid the extra iron. Make sure that’s ok with your doctor though. Also, my doctor said an over the counter stool softener is fine
