I am so constipated that I get up everyday and think not having to pass a bowel is NORMAL. Well this morning I finally did along with some forced assistance (my hand and a glove). It was so much stuck up there I almost wanted to throw up. It comes out in clumps of tiny balls. However the, I look down at my glove hand and I see BLOOD. I look in the toilet, my feces were partially covered in BLOOD. What is going on. Btw, I’m 25 weeks pregnant.

What do I do??? My butt feels uncomfortable and mildly painful in the inside😩😫
