When i was pregnant with each of girls, I was always hot, borderline sweaty, and always wanted to find a way to be cooler. Im generally a cold natured person because of low circulation/borderline anemia, but both are monitored and well managed. So far with this pregnancy, (13 weeks) I'm ALWAYS cold. we havent changed the temp in the house, its cold outside, but expected... no matter what i do- blankets, warm clothes, im STILL cold. and if i get too warm it doesnt take much for me to get a "hot flash" telling me to cool off. i have goosebumps and hard nips all the time and i hate it...
