My fit pregnancy-Week 5

I’ve decided I’m going to do weekly updates on my pregnancy. I’m a mother of 1 and I’m pregnant with my second. I live a very active lifestyle, and am vegan. Before finding out i was pregnant I signed up for a 5k Spartan Race, so I’m currently training for that. I will be 32 weeks at the time of the race, and as long as my pregnant is healthy I look forward to completing it.

I’ve still been hitting the gym as hard as I can, I try and do about 30-45 minutes of cardio a day as well as weight training. My morning sickness hasn’t been bad yet, I’ve been mostly feeling nauseous at night right before bed. I know exhaustion and nausea are coming soon, so I’m taking full advantage of feeling well while I can.

I’ve been trying to stick to a healthy diet as much as possible, but I do get random cravings for junk food.

At week 5 the bloat is real, and I’ve been experiencing on and off cramping. But so far so good :)
