I'm 19 and just found out I'm pregnant . Kind of freaking out ... how do I tell my boyfriend or my family ?? So confused with what choices and plans !!! NEED HELP

I was 18 when I got pregnant just after graduating and my bf actually was excited , my parents were very upset at first but they grew attached and love my son very very much! It's nerve racking but happens for a reason! Talk to your partner 💕
