My last cervical exam did it for me! I had been bouncing on my yoga ball for about a week which helped me to dilate a little bit (2cm), then at my exam she stretched out my cervix with her fingers and I had cramps on the entire drive home, then real contractions started that afternoon! I had my son 2 days later. I was already 39 weeks, so my body was ready. My yoga ball definitely helped me, and I also had sex a few times that week because semen acts as a natural inducer so soften your cervix. I’ve actually heard that some of the drugs they use to induce women is made out of animal semen, so I’d rather have my husband do it lol! Good luck!

I had the urge to go shopping for baby and walked around the store for over 2 hours. My water broke at 3:30 the next morning. I think all the walking did it.😁
