How do you know if you are pregnant in your tubes? Is there blood or anything??? Asking for my sister.....

Could be cramping on just one side and not the other. Possibly bleeding. Even shoulder pain is a symptom. Call the dr and give them the symptoms they will advise her to come in for ultrasound or go to er. I only had the one sided cramping and was told to go to er immediately. Good luck
