How do you guys cope?

Question

I just found out I have HSV 2. No one idea from who but I have it. 
I never thought this would happen to me but it did. 
How do you guys cope? Did you tell anyone?  I’m lost in the sauce. 
Someone give me guidance..

It’s really hard to swallow in the beginning and I told my family and best friend at first. I don’t want you to feel like I’m brushing your feelings off as unimportant, but this really isn’t as big of a deal as the media/society has made it out to be. A huge percentage of the American population has this virus. When you’re ready to start dating again, just be open and honest. Educate yourself. The more YOU know the less fear that person will have. There are dating sites for hsv positive people, but I never had any luck with it and ended up dating several “negatives” I met in person and now Ive been married to a negative for 3 years. You can still date who you want as long as you’re honest. You can still do and be everything you’ve always wanted including getting pregnant and have a 
natural child birth. I honestly have started viewing this as a blessing in disguise. Because of it I’m a much more open and honest person and I’ve learned to keep the people that love me close and the fake people as far away as possible. I’m not saying you’re going to feel better tomorrow, the next day, or even next month......but one day you’re going to realize you haven’t thought about it in a while and see that it really doesn’t affect your life the way you initially thought it would. 
Eating a clean diet and drinking a ton of water helps keep outbreaks at bay (and makes you healthier in the long run 😉)

It wasn’t easy at first. But when you find someone who truly loves you they won’t care if you have it, just always tell someone before you have sexual relations with them. I still sometimes think about it, like why me, but you have to deal with it. There’s nothing you can do :(
