I have a 2 year old son and I currently live with my mom. She got sick recently and they believe it is whopping cough and we are waiting for the results back for her test. Today he has started running a fever and having a soar throat. He also woke up from his sleep with a awful cough he had and he is clearly wheezing as he is asleep. I know when they are infants it is a big deal about this virus but should i still be that concerned with him being 2 years old? I am taking him to the doctor first thing in the morning no matter what.
