it hasn't started yet

so October 16th I got my period it lasted till the 20th but because on the 20th I got my paragard I bleed until the 22nd. so I'm expecting my period today but it hasn't started. I have been having heartburn and feeling sick specially this morning. my cycles are regular. and I'm 12 weeks pp on Saturday
