Manual or electric pump?

I plan on breastfeeding Sophia (if it goes ok). Should I get a manual or electric pump?

It depends on what type of schedule you will have. For me, I’ll be working full time, so I’m getting an electric so I can double pump and save time while at work!

Never needed a pump with my son from 2015. He is attached to the breast as I write - prolonging naptime 😆👍
Anyway: unless there are special circumatances I would wait with the investment in a pump untill I knew what the need would be :)

I would get both! You definitely need an electric pump which your insurance may likely cover but I would get a manual pump too in case you need to use it when the power goes out or it’s easier to use in the car to relieve some pressure.

Electric for sure. Then you cane hold on the cups if they’re not staying in the right place and do both boobs at the same time. It’s intense! Check with your insurance you can get one for free.

I got the electric one for free through my insurance and later on ended up getting a manual one for convenience (sometimes I'd need to pump & have no wear to plug in at and it's easier to lug around with you) the manual ones are pretty cheap, so I'd get both if you can get your electric one through insurance!

Depends. Are you working or plan to 🤔 but if you're a SAHM I say silicone pump and manual

If you plan on BFing, I wouldn’t get a pump. Or if anything, I’d get a Haakaa. X
