Plan for getting Labour started!?

hello ladies! just wondering if any of you have started thinking about jump starting your Labour  (when it's time, of course) what worked if this is not your first baby to go Into Labour before?? old wife's tales welcome😁

With my first I went in for my weekly check up. I was already 4cm when he checked me that day. He ended up sweeping my membranes and I went into immediate labor lol! Took me the whole drive home though to realize I was having contractions! Haha! I had her the next day.

Walking and sex lol nothing really works unless your body is ready ( I learned with my first hahah) but I'll probably drink the red raspberry leaf tea in my third trimester & bounce on the yoga ball, bc I think it may help. I tried that with my first and my baby was in the correct position and I only pushed for thirty minutes. I did have to have an episiotomy though 😭
