I am currently 24 weeks 3 days and having severe SI joint pain. I have had this prior to pregnancy and have gone through PT, cortisone, natural remedies (turmeric) etc. I also have an SI belt however that one is no longer comfy to use. My MIL bought me a maternity SI belt but it really digs into my belly worse than me pre pregnancy one. The new belt in fact when on baby girl like automatically kicks at it. Is there any mommas out there that can recommend an maternity SI belt that won’t hurt?
