Just wondering about giving birth naturally and losing sleep and being bipolar.

I was bipolar unmediated and did epidural only. My son woke up every hour on the hour and I got really really stresses crying and beg him to sleep. Ask for help. Let baby cry if you need to walk away. And if you're on meds stay on them.
