What to think..

So according to this app I’m in my fertile week..but according to my daily OPKs I’m still getting negatives and this is cycle day 17 so far..using new OPKs this time around.

Odd not even a hint of another line. I have not used that brand so I am not sure. Keep testing maybe, or maybe go try another brand with the same urine see if it is the sticks or you are not In the fertile window yet. I know my lines bounce from being totally negative to the next day being 100% positive the next day. Glow had to move my fertile window 4 times.

Keep testing! Using OPKs showed me that I ovulate 2-3 days earlier than what apps predict

I would suggest you get the first response ones because I brought a pack from amazon and whenever I test it always negative and if my husband didn’t buy me those I would miss my ovulation day please I suggest you try something else just to be sure

Keep testing. Maybe you dont ovulate all the time?! Or take a pregnancy test. Maybe your last "period" was implantation!? 
That is so weird that you are getting straight negatives...😯
