So sorry y’all for posting something gross. But I literally don’t know who to ask(so asking strangers is the way to go I guess 😂) Being 25 yrs old I’ve had my fair share of gross period happenings. But y’all. This was not a clot. I have never had anything like this happen. And I don’t know whether or not to be concerned. A grey/light pinkish fleshy double layered almost sack like thing with dark red parts, for the lack of better words fell out of me! And it’s a pretty good size thing. Was in my bathroom with darn earcleaners being weird and investigating haha! (Don’t judge lol) It’s thick and just freaky. I just got my period last night and have had the worst cramps of my life all morning. And when I went to change my tampon a bit ago, as I wiped myself (sorry I feel sooo gross explaining this lol) this thing came out!!! Please tell me I am not dying! Lol! Not sure if this info would help, but I’ve been on the nuvaring since June. Been getting my period regularly with it. Haven’t had sex in... geez... 5 ish or so months. Y’all I’m so grossed out, and trying not to worry lol. Help please!!
