I've gained a lot of weight in 3 months. In September i weighed 114 and now I'm 123. I'm a junior in high school and I'm 5'7". Is that an okay weight gain

Hey girl! First 114 and 5’7 is NOT healthy! That is too thin. 123 is a GREAT weight and you should NOT worry about I️t. You are still transforming from a girl to a women so this kind of weight gain is GOOD, normal, and natural. You are getting a women body, getting curves (the good kind), and looking more grown up. If you stayed 114 you would look like a little twig girl and that is just not how a grown WOMAN is supposed to look like. Embrace your body! You are still extremely slender for your height and im sure you look amazing! Maintain a healthy diet and stay active and you will have nothing to worry about!
