I finished my pills on Oct 14, had my "normal period" lasted for 5 days. 6 days later I had my breakthrough bleed that lasted for 2 days. (Oct 28,29)

Now, on November 17 I started bleeding again. This time with horrific cramps in my abdomen through my back, and bad bleeding.

Before I was on the pill I had irregular periods that came about every 2 weeks. I feel like this is happening again.

Should I see my doctor about endometriosis, is it possible that I'm not ovulating? Or something else like pcos? Something is telling me that there is something wrong.
