Mothers milk tea. Oatmeal 2x a day. More lean proteins. Also just constantly eat healthy snacks and drink gallons of water. These things helped me.

I agree! Oatmeal is MAGICAL when it comes to production! Fenugreek can actually cause your supply to weaken if you have too much. Oatmeal is AMAZING! And use your imagination! Put it in smoothies, make energy bites, throw son in w/rice dishes...

I made lactation brownies a couple of days ago and it seems like my supply has gone up some. you just add 2-4 tbsp of brewers yeast and 2 tbsp of ground flax seed to any boxed brownie mix. you can also make lactation cookies. I haven't made any but you can Google a recipe. I think the main thing you have to have is the brewers yeast.
