no. I took them the entire time ( gummies) and it's recommended to take them for at least 6 weeks after birth to ease the hair falling out and to make sure Ur body is healthy. I took my prenatals for 8 weeks after our daughter was born.

Well, it’s not that I stopped I just don’t take them every day like I know I should. I’ve told my doctor & she even told me she didn’t take them as directed either. It’s pretty easy to forget to take them when you have a lot of other things going on.

absolutely not. your body needs them as your baby takes everything from you leaving you with scraps. also folic acid is suuuuuper important

DHA is most beneficial to brain growth in the third trimester so you def shouldn’t stop taking your prenatal! I️ agree it’s super important in the first trimester to prevent spina bifidia. If I forget a day here and there, I️ don’t stress though since my diet is nutritious.
