Anyone else? It’s directly above my belly button. Usually it’s just for a bit then subsides but last night it was for like 5 hours straight. It felt like a knife and the only relief was being completely still somewhat lying on my stomach or standing up. By 4am I️ was so annoyed I️ sat up in bed and for some reason decided to lay my freezing phone on where it hurt. Felt a little twitch and boom, pain gone..... I’ve heard of hernias in pregnancy or could it just be tearing? My pain tolerance is pretty high so for it to keep me up half the night had me worried.
