So there’s something that keeps bugging me that doesn’t let me ease my mind. So I know this pregnancy was considered ectopic but my question is why when the doctor did the vaginal ultrasound she wasn’t

able to see anything on my tubes? So where was the “baby”? Had I passed it couple of days before? And if so why did my leves go up? I’m asking because I’ve been doing a lot of research and I can’t find anyone with my similar situation. Everyone I read about was able to see a baby in the ultrasound on the tube and they were able to see how far along they were. I never had a definite answer as to how many weeks I was because nothing was seen. I’m even starting to question if I was really pregnant.
