Ok third time mommas, I'm a first time mom and am seeking the best way to keep my little one warm at night. Where we live, it is so hot in our apartment. It's December, 27 degrees outside at night right now and unless we have our window AC on at night it is HOT in our apartment. The insulation is ridiculous. So we sleep with our window AC on every night or we'll get too hot.

Our first child will be here within the next 3 weeks, and will be sleeping in a bassinet in our room. I'm worried about it being too cold for her. But me and my husband cannot sleep if it's hot. So I'm wondering what is the best way to keep her warm in a room that is 65 degrees typically at night. A long sleeve onsie or two and a swaddle or sleepsack? What methods/layerings have you found to be best for keep baby warm in the cold?
