My daughter is 8, we've had the period talk and discussed puberty to an extent and we'll discuss sex when she's older

I intend to be straightforward from an early age. Having a very unhealthy relationship with sex from age 13, I can’t imagine my daughter doing the same.

My mom never had the talk with me but times were different. I learned the basics in school and figured the rest out. I was terrified to have sex as a teenager so I'll say she did something right 😂
