Should I keep on trying with this guy?

I've liked this guy for 3 years (almost 4) and I'm not sure if I should keep trying with him... Should I?

Okay so screw it I wanted to keep it Anonymous but it won't let me edit it. 
So I've known him for 4 years but started liking him for 3. He is kind, and sweet, VERY smart, he's a caring guy who is so ready to jump in and help someone out. He is hilarious always making me laugh and joking around, we tease each other sometimes and have a lot of fun together. He plays the piano, drums, and sings (his voice just makes my heart melt). *my phone just vibrated and I thought it was him. 😆😂* his family loves me and I love them too! 
Downside he's oblivious to my feelings towards him, my other friend likes him too, AND I'm pretty sure he doesn't like me. 
It gets confusing, one day I feel like he loves me and the next it's like he ignores me. (But I don't think he means to hurt me).
Basically my question is I've known him for so long and I really like him. I love him, but should I keep trying? It's been so long should I just give up? 
Life is crazy, but I wouldn't mind living my life with him. ❤️

Only if he's showing good signs. If he's making it seem like something will possibly happen between you two, then yes girl. But if not, maybe don't try too hard and look for different guys who get your interest. I liked my current boyfriend for 4 years before we started dating so I believe if the story is looking good then there's always a chance. I didn't think I'd ever get the guy I have now, but I did. So maybe you will too. Good luck❤
