pls tell me this is normal

Felt a slight cramp after running up some stairs. When I went to the bathroom noticed this. This was as heavy as it got. It stopped then turned into VERY light spotting. I can hardly notice it. Is this normal? I have no pregnancy symptoms. Except for occasional nausea. At first my boobs were kinda sore Now they're fine. I'm 5 weeks pregnant
