how long were you sore?

I'm 7 weeks PP had a vaginally delivery. I know it's different for everyone but how long were you sore in the uterus/vagina area? seems like it is aching some days more than others

My muscles down there still hurt when I squat and stuff like that I’m 5 months postpartum. My actual vagina stopped hurting after a month I had a second degree year

I don’t remember but it wasn’t that long maybe a week or two I think

Maybe a week? After a week I felt like I hadn’t even had a baby lol 100% back to normal.
