so about a week ago I found out I was pregnant but everyday since I got pregnant I have period like cramps and I was wondering if it was normally or is I because my mom stresses me out all the time?

I️ had major cramping spells starting half way through week 4 till about mid week 6. Then they went away. Now my muscles just feel sore when I️ move in odd directions.
