So me and my boyfriend have been together for 9 months and we haven't kissed yet. I'm 15 and my mom is telling me to make the first move and my friends wander why. What should I do?

If you feel comfortable and want to kiss him then definitely kiss him! I mean, ask first and make sure he is comfortable with it of course, but go for it! Also, don't worry too much, it took my boyfriend and I a whole year to kiss.
