Perks of having a summer baby?

I live in New Orleans and the summers here are brutal. I wanted so badly to be big and pregnant September - May, but things obviously didn't work out that way. I'm due July 22 and I'm so excited for my baby, but I'm curious as to some benefits of having baby mid summer and what I can do to be comfortable when I'm 9 months pregnant in our muggy summer heat.

I was pregnant in the summer and the ac will be your best friend. Drink lots of fluids. Also your baby will grow up having the best birthday with not having to be in school and able to do so much for their birthdays! I was born July 22 and my sons birthday is July 23!!! July is an amazing month! My brother was born February and always wanted his party in the summer. It will all work out for the best!!!

My manager was heavily pregnant during the summer with both of her girls and apparently she barely had to buy any maternity clothes because loose or stretchy dresses that she had bought pre-pregnancy still fit (and were a lot cooler and more comfortable!)

Well I love being overly hot haha, so I can’t help with that but perks to a summer baby:
People are hardly sick in the summer 
When they’re in school you don’t have to bake cupcakes for the class
Outdoor pool party birthday parties are the easiest!
You have a WHOLE year to get back in shape for summer! 
You have an excuse to ditch out on weddings you didn’t want to go to in the first place bahahah

Lots of time in the pool and hopefully you have AC. We live in SoCal and don’t have AC and I’m due in June and am a bit worried about the summer heat as well. I’m planning on lots of time in the pool as it’s good safe exercise and keeps you cool and lots of ice water and small amounts of clothes.
