Does this sound like super early pregnancy?

AF due in 10-11 days according to glow. Unprotected sex with hubby November 11 (first day of ovulation) last 3-4 days I’ve had light brown and pink discharges. Last 2 days I’ve been extremely tired , nauseous, nothing I eat makes me full I feel like I’m starving all the time , exhausted(I also work part time) , lower back pain, abdomen pain and cramping feelings , and nausea when I’m hungry or haven’t eaten. Obviously I’ll test if I have a missed period and yes I know it’s super early but super anxious as the wait seems like forever.

I do already have a son and had symptoms with him at 2&3 weeks early its just been awhile since I’ve been through all the symptoms and hormones with every pregnancy and female are different
