Any mamas of twins out there?!

I’ll be 6 weeks on Thursday and I’m already super nauseous and had cramps all weekend... way earlier/more intense symptoms than my last pregnancy with my girl. I know every pregnancy is different, but I can’t help but think maybe we’re pregnant with twins because of the strong symptoms so early?! Twins run in both my husband and I’s families
