Going back to work

I am absolutely devastated that my maternity leave is coming to an end. Where has the time gone ? Between the baby sleeping on me all day and sleep deprived nights, it’s been 9 weeks !? I go back when she is 11 weeks. I’m having a hard time because she is exclusively breastfed and feeds on demand. She’s maybe had 3 bottles this whole time. I’m going back only 3 days a week... can any moms help me with this transition, any advice ? Is she going to forget me or be lonely ? 😭😭😭😭😭 I cry a lot.. most nights I get really depressed after everyone goes to bed... what can make this easier ? - on a side note I have to start pumping for this all and it’s giving me anxiety-
