Can I get pregnant my first cycle off birth control?

Question

My husband and I are ttc and this was my first cycle off the pill. I have no experience with ttc after being on BC (2 years) and was wondering is it possible to become pregnant during your first cycle? or is it a matter of allowing your body and cycle to normalize again with consistent days first? 
I keep “being late” according to glow and have to push back the start days but also know that I haven’t charted nearly enough at all to know what “late” really is or how long it really is at this point. 
What is your experience with TTC after being on the pill? Has anyone conceived the first cycle off?

I got pregnant right away after I got off the pill. I only had one cycle, then the next month I got pregnant.

I had been on the pill for about 6 years for my endometriosis and we got pregnant with my son the first time we had sex off the pill. (8 years ago)

Its possibly.  But you're not going to have a good estimate on how long your cycle is.

Hope it works for you. I stopped taking my birth control, got my period right away and haven't had one since (72days since my period)... about 30 days in I got a positive OPK and we did the deed every day for 4days. Still no period but also no positive test. Waiting for my body to get in check... frustrating

Glow is just a prediction and is not accurate. The answer to your question is yes you can get pregnant right after coming off the pill. Also, if you want to track you can test your basal temp and long them. Lastly, you can purchase OPK’s and track when you have a LH hormone rise! This way you can pin point accurately. Today, Glow said if ovulate in a week. I got up and did my temperature before getting out of bed and logged it as well as doing an ovulation prediction test. It came back peak which means I will ovulate In the next 12-36 hours. I entered the data into Glow and it shifted everything and now shows today is my best conception date.
