whatever i eat just sludges out of me i go through 4 toilet rolls a day on my own 😫 theres a small warning and a rush to the loo and then it just flies out , more follows but takes a while to push?? 😶 first trimester is always a pain in the ass , greatfull to b carrying another blessing but so feed up of feelin sick and tired and shitty all time.
