yes you can, I have PCOS and we tried for months, I ovulated but my tubes were blocked so the egg couldn't be reached, I had an HSG to clear them out and literally conceived 2 days after my procedure..no period while trying but my ovulation test were positive so I thought I could do it natural

If you’re in birth control, it tricks your body into not ovulating, that’s one of the reasons women (usually) don’t get pregnant when they take it correctly.

I say yes because it happened to me personally. I was on nexplanon until 2015, I got it out this year in May, still haven’t had my period or anything and now I’m 25 weeks pregnant 😇
