Did you fall pregnant successfully the first time?

Hi ladies, so me and the OH have decided to start baby making :-) been trying all throughout this month and having sex everyday since Friday....positive LH surges Monday and today and ovulating tomorrow (have the ovulation cramps tonight :-( ) just wondering how many fell pregnant after the started trying

Took us 3 months...first month using opks.

I fell pregnant within the first month. I got off my BC, next month made sure my cycle was regular and then the following month we found out we were preggo. That happened to me 3 times in a row. I come from a large family so I know I’m fertile lol.

Been trying 8 months. Had 2 chemicals in a row last month and the previous month. Feel like we’re getting closer gradually though.

Hopefully I fall pregnant on the first time. AF is only 8 days away. I’ve tested already (even though I know it’s too soon ) and both negatives
