Help !!

Okay so I was ttc, but AF came November 20, it's really really light. Every time I changed my tamp it's never full. It's like it's too much blood for a pant liner but not enough blood for a tampon. I took a PT and received a BFN . I just don't know what's going on with AF. Has anyone else ever have this problem?
